Check out a new study on the economic benefits of telework, which has just been released by the Telework Consortium (http://www.teleworkconsortium.org).
The study, "An Economic Analysis of Telework:  Social Benefit Estimates Based on Commuting Cost and Tolls," was prepared by Dr. Anthony Yezer, professor at The George Washington University Center for Economic Research.
The study may be found here.  (If you have any difficulty with this link, just go to http://www.teleworkconsortium.org and you will see the study featured in the left-hand column.)

In-depth survey (PDF format) of nearly 2000 teleworkers at BT finds that teleworking improves work/life balance despite longer working hours. The survey, undertaken by UK CEED's SustainIT initiative, forms part of the Centre's major European project on sustainable teleworking (click here)
